Something's been slowing down dramatically lately.

The desktop app is completely unresponsive to clearing tasks, If you go into Chrome, it's a little faster and cleared, but today, the tasks in the backlog are still there as they were in the old version ㅠㅠ I'm organizing my work on mobile as many times as I can, but mobile is the fastest, but even this often pops up like Failed to erase when I try to erase it ㅠㅠ

Recurring events can't be scheduled within a calendar

For Recurring Tasks, it is not possible to schedule them by dragging them within the right calendar, which is inconvenient. Please allow recurring tasks to be scheduled within the calendar within the recurring cycle.

list hiding

hiding lists may be good in allowing the users to keep their finished works archieved, but is very disturbing when one have many lists that are now hidden. maybe adding the archieve section would be more efficient e.g. long term archieve (no more tasks will be made/added/moved. not visible in list list (리스트목록) and searched for ‘move to list ~’) ←→ short term hidden, taks can still be made / moved hidden (visible in list list and can be searched to move the task into)

커맨드바 Command 미리보기(?) 요청

상황> 리스트 매핑 커맨드(#)을 깜박 잊어서 단축키가 뭐였지? 생각을 하다가 커맨드바 우측 하단에 이 보였어요. shift를 누르면 사용할 수 있는 커맨드 가이드(각 단축키와 종류)를 볼 수 있으리라 기대했는데 안되더라고요. 마찬가지로 클릭도 해봤는데 암것도 없어서, 헬프 문서에 들어가서 확인했어요. 제안> 아래 버튼을 누르거나, 호버하거나 shift를 누르거나 등등 커맨드 바에서 단축키를 쉽게 볼 수 있으면 좋겠어요

Paste on today add on mobile version not working

I'm trying to copy and paste a conversation from mobile KakaoTalk into a todo, but the paste doesn't work. I'd appreciate it if you could improve it.

반복 테스크를 타임블로킹 하더라도, 해당 단일 태스크만 캘린더에 생성되었으면 좋겠다.

반복 테스크를 today section에서 캘린더로 드래그 앤 드롭 하니 반복이 예정된 날 모두 같은 시간에 해당 반복 task의 타임 블로킹이 됩니다. (매일 반복일 경우) 매일 같은 시간에 같은 일을 하는 상황이라면 유용하겠지만, 매일 해야 하는 일이지만 시간은 매일 다를 수 있는 일, 즉 그날그날 타임블로킹을 하는 task의 경우에는 이 기능이 불편합니다. 그러니 반복 테스크 설정 시, “캘린더 타임블로킹에도 반복 적용하기” 와 같은 선택지를 넣어 주시면 좋을 듯 합니다.

과거의 task 체크 시 과거의 done section에 들어가도록

12시가 되면 바로 today section의 날짜가 바뀌어 버리는데, 그럼 어제가 되어버린 날의 tast를 체크하면 그것이 오늘 한 일의 done section으로 들어와서 불편합니다. 예를 들어, 저와 같은 학생/하루가 12시에 끝나지 않고, 새벽까지 할 일이 지속되는 사람들은 12시가 지날 때까지 밤공부를 하고 체크를 하면 스케쥴상은 전날 완료한 일인데 오늘 완료한 일이 되어 트래킹을 하거나 status를 확인할 때 불편함이 있습니다. 그러므로, daily planning section에서 yestrday/과거 어느 날의 planning page로 이동한 뒤 그 날의 미완료 task를 체크하면 그 task가 그 날의 done section에 들어가길 바랍니다. 만약 그것이 오늘의 done section에 들어가길 원하는 사람들은 그 task를 오늘로 옮긴 뒤/미완료라면 옮겨져 있을 테니 today page에서 체크할 수 있겠죠. 모쪼록 부탁드립니당, 너무 잘 쓰고 있어요!

모바일앱에서도 시간설정이 되었으면 합니다.

오프라이트 아직 알람 기능이 없어서 타임블럭 설정한 구글캘린더 쪽으로 전체 알람을 설정해서 쓰고 있습니다. 그런데 외근 나갈 때는 PC가 없으니 할일 입력하고 타임블럭 자체가 안되니 아쉽네요. 아이패드 사파리에서 PC 모드 웹으로 접속에서 타임블럭을 설정해보려 해도 아이패드에서는 마우스나 손터치로는 할일을 잡아서 끌기가 안되어서 불가능했고요

캘린더 n 일치를 뷰잉할 때 기준일이 중앙에 오면 좋을 것 같습니다.

planning 화면에서 Inbox, Today, 캘린더를 열어두고 보는 것을 좋아합니다. 그러나 보기에는 week 처럼 일요일 부터 토요일을 보여주는 방식이 이전날과 다음 날의 일정등을 보기 좋다고 생각하지만 제가 주로 사용하는 week 로 봤을 때 일정의 글자가 너무 작게 보여 5D 로 보는 것을 좋아합니다. 그러나 5D 의 경우에는 오늘부터 5일치의 데이터를 보여주는데 이전 날자의 데이터를 포함해 5일을 보고 싶습니다. n Day 를 보는 캘린더를 선택 했을 때, 선택한 기준날자를 기준으로 +- 몇일까지 볼 수 있는 기능이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Why? Quick Shortcut Focus button for task

What is the use of Focus button if it doesn’t automatically place the task on calendar and according to the run time block the space after the task is ended. If I click on a focus button for a task from unplanned section then I starts the timer and after the task is ended it just move to done section without updating start and end date or blocking the calendar. Weird!!

Layout change

Remove list view from the unorganised section and also change the list layout, it doesn’t have any spacing or proper seperation between two list. The app need to have a overall redesign for a better navigation.

List Hide 처리에 대한 피드백

Organizing과 Planning 탭에서, 상위 리스트를 Hide 처리할 때 하위 리스트에 대한 처리가 달라서 직관적이지 않다는 느낌이 있습니다. Organizing 에서는 상위 리스트만 Hide 처리해도 하위 리스트까지 모두 Hide 처리가 되는데, Planning 에서는 상위 리스트를 Hide 처리해도 하위 리스트는 그대로 남아 있습니다.

The confirmation window appears to much

The confirmation window that appears on the bottom left of the screen when for example deleting a task appears to much in my opinion (and I would keep it out completely)

Add Unbreakable space logic

Hey when creating an event on my calendar in the description you don’t take into account unbreakable space. Not an urgent fix but a nice to have this logic in the app. Thanks Example: Here I would like “lancer” to be in one piece

It would be nice to have a hierarchy for priority like “high, middle, low”. These would determine task order automatically from the most urgent to the less urgent.

노션 웹앱으로 열기 옵션

저는 대다수의 SaaS를 가능하면 웹앱으로 사용하는데요! 노션 태스크 열기 누르면 데스크톱 앱이 켜져서 불편해요. 엄청 중요한 기능은 아니지만 나중에는 웹으로 열기 옵션이 있으면 좋겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

스크롤 표시가 ui를 헤치는 문제

맥에서 마우스와 같은 포인터 입력장치가 연결되면, 모든 스크롤 가능한 구간에 스크롤 ui가 떠서 조금 정신이 없습니다! 해결 되면 좋을 것 같습니다.
