Hi this is more of a feature <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://request.Like">request.Like</a> in the first image I attached, I was creating a normal task and setting all its properties. But at some point, I changed my mind and decided to convert it into a recurring task. so I clicked the "Recurring Task" tab. I expected all the shared properties to be auto-filled but they weren't.I think it would be better if the task creation window shared common properties like List, total time, and priority, between "task" and "recurring task" tabs.

I’m a little befuddled that this isn’t already on the roadmap? No planning / calendar / to-do app will ever be completely effective without a mobile (ios &amp; android) component. I’m happy to wait but can’t commit financially until I see that it’s AT LEAST in the planning stages.

When creating new task, user can use natural language to plan &amp; set duration of each task. Original Message - Time for tasks I love that you can select a date for a task. But would love if I could choose a time as well. This comes in handy when creating a task for a further out date and time. I can schedule it fully right then and there rather than creating it, scrolling to the date on the calendar and dragging it to time block it.

Just recommend giving the option to display the times of the day in the calendar as 24hr/12hr options. In the US we usually refer to 1300 as 1:00pm, 1500 as 3:00pm. I do not see the option to toggle this currently.

Latency throughout the website is pretty significant. When you add task it appears like after 1 second or 2. Same thing with moving task through calendar. It switches the place after a couple of seconds. 🙌🏼

Simply put, if you manage to replicate / build upon AI planning features that <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://Reclaim.AI">Reclaim.AI</a> has, it will be an easy switch for me.What I’m looking for exactly: ability to just dump all of the tasks I have (Manually written + Jira + Google Tasks + Trello (yes, it’s a nightmare right now that I have to deal with)) into a system, just set a start/due dates, priority and optionally mark certain tasks as top priority / next in queue + set an estimate time to complete and chunks that I’d like my work to be divided into (min/max). Everything else is AI: it looks for open times in my calendar (considering start/end of day times as well) and blocks out the time. I believe it’s easily possible with conventional conditions, but reclaim claim to have AI do that.I hope I made sense. It’s a lot of everything squished into a single paragraph, but it can be basically summed up as “just like in Reclaim”.

It would be nice to be able to drag &amp; drop sort the list and task functions in the <code>Unplaneed</code> panel. It's not a major inconvenience to use the service, but I personally think it would provide better usability. Personally, when I manage my lists, I tag them with something like <code>[Personal] Test Project</code> and manage them by domain, so I would like to be able to sort them by the same domain to see which lists and tasks are still Unplanned. Currently, I haven't seen this feature in my experience with the OFFLIGHT app, so I'd like to know if you have this functionality in the app, and if not, I'd like to request it. Thank you.

It would be nice when scheduling time with a co worker, if I could easily see their calendar to see their availability and find an open spot for us to meet.

When I start the focus timer for a task in offlight, I want it to start a timer in my Toggl account as well, so that I can have my time tracking in a single place.RIght now I have to manually start the Toggl timer, and that’s not cool.

Let us add the time manually as some task takes only 10 mins and it blocks 30 mins on the calendar by default and the least we can make it 15 mins nothing less

When I click a link in the email, it redirects out of offlight and follows the link on the same window.
