Quick Add / Check Browser Extension

Feature Request

Todoist, Gqueues and Tick Tick all have browser extensions that allow you to add or check off tasks without having to “go to” the app itself. This, or a keyboard shortcut / right-click alternative would be helpful for reducing friction

    @Driggers Bruce Sorry for late response. Have been responding with newest requests whenever I have time.

    If you have to choose just one feature what would you choose?

    1. Global command bar to create new tasks that works with shortcuts

    1. Quick add browser extension.

    Also can you explain a little more regarding the right click? (I got the idea regarding other opinions you gave us. But could not understand what you would want to do with right-click

      I would probably choose the global command bar, as I tend to use multiple browsers anyway (actually Google Chrome and Brave, so both Chrome) and I prefer to operate from the desktop app.

      By right-click I simply meant a function that resides in your input, in this case a mouse. But it’s the same function if done with a keyboard shortcut.

      I’m just more comfortable with a browser extension because I’m an old guy and more used to it. 😉

        We are currently working on ‘command bar UX to create task’ within the app. Will expand this feature to global command like you mentioned.

        Still not fully understanding richg-click UX (Sorry). Can you give me a screen shot example?

        Ah….! Is this something like adding, ‘Share this to OFFLIGHT?’
