Really would love this as I was just about to purchase the yearly plan but my employer decided to block Google authentication. So if I can simply login via a standard account would be a life saver

Hi @Mia ,
Could you share which email provider do you use?
I guess offlight chose Google/Apple because of the centralized SSO functionality and security.

Hi @Ian Corvin, It’s a small European provider called Infomaniak so compared to Google and Apple it’s really niche. As I mentioned to Dan, logging in with your preferred email is more about convenience than necessity, but some people prefer to avoid both those companies if possible.

Yes, as@Ian Corvin has said, SSO is like using very secure method. It is kind like having heavy armed door guard in front of our service regarding login.
On top of that, if we build email login, we will have to create password reset too.
But anyways, @Mia This has to be done someday. (Still in the future.) We will let you know when this is planned :)
