Few bugs with chat view

Hi team!

I’m using the desktop Mac app and when on a conversation with someone over the support chat, every time I leave the chat to go and test something on the app, and then come back to open the chat, it opens on a new chat with the Bot instead of my active current conversation.

I also noticed that links sent over the chat would not open and would only close the chat and bring me back to the page I was on on Offlight.
