daily activities repeatability

can you make the repeatability of one task of the days of the week, were an activity is repeated daily for a selected time i decide.

for example: i go to the gym every day so i want that the task is repeated every day, or 2 selected days of the week like sunday and monday, so the next week i will see the gym activity on sunday and monday.
